More Hardwood Floor Installation This Weekend

Today we will be:
{A} Napping like our 14 year old elderly Cara Bella?
or
{B} Making a big stack of hardwood flooring disappear

Oh, how I wish it were A, if only for a little while!

But on the bright side, our girls will finally be getting their new floor. As I mentioned earlier this week, we'll be covering up their painted subfloor.

They tell me they're going to miss it...and in a way, so will I:)

Have a great weekend everyone!

{I'll be catching up on emails and questions when the dust finally settles here soon! Thank you so much for writing and for visiting my little corner of the world!}

  2. I say you will be entitled to that nap after putting down all that floor! Be sure to sneak one in there somewhere. Good luck- it will be worth all the aches and pains!

  9. Wouldn't it be funny if 75 years from now someone is blogging and says "We pulled up that horrible wood floor and found THIS beautiful floor! [Picture of your lovely painted subfloors] I can't believe they covered it up!"

  10. I can see why the girls would be sad to see it go, it looks so lovely! But the hardwoods will be a welcomed change as well, I'm sure!

    Blessings, Melissa
