Does Anyone Need Any Decorator Fabric? {Red, Green, Yellow Plaid Taffeta and Textured Solids}

♥Edited to add: Thank you so much to Carleen for providing a new home for this beautiful fabric! I'm glad it's finally going to be put to some good use!♥

'm clearing things out to make some space here at home and I have some really nice decorator fabric that I would love to find a new home for. First, I over 6.5 uncut yards plus 1 additional yard of 54" wide medium weight Taffeta fabric. The checks are 1.75". I bought this fabric to use for curtains and pillows but have since decided to not go with this color theme in my home. (Note: I still have the receipt for this fabric and paid over $138 for the six uncut yards. It was over $20 a yard. I wish I could find the magazine ads that feature curtains made with this fabric...but if you want to see how pretty it looks, check at Susan's bedroom at Between Naps on the Porch.

And then I have some green decorator fabric...
Almost 7 yards
Medium weight
54" wide

Finally, some red decorator fabric...
About 1.5 yards
Medium weight
54" wide

I'd like to sell all of this fabric together for $75 and $10 for shipping

or

$60 for just the taffeta {plus $10 shipping}

or

$30 for just both the red and green solid fabrics {plus $10 shipping}.

All the fabric is clean and unwashed and comes from a smoke free home. It has been stored in plastic to keep it free of dust.

If you are interested, just drop me a comment here and we can arrange a payment though Paypal.

Thanks for taking a look!

{off to clean out more closets!}

Hello, I have no idea how to figure yardage for curtains. Would the plaid fabric be enough for 2 84" curtain panels? If so, how much leftover fabric would there be? Enough for 2 more panels? Sad isn't it? HA! Thanks so much.

~WOW! How sweet of you Kim!

I really love the gorgeous fabrics you have here and have used those colors throughout our home. I just have zero sewing skills at all.
Thank you for the generous offer.

Hi, Anon! I'm not sure how wide you want your panels to be, but for panels around 54" wide {the width of the fabric}, 3 yards {108 inches} would be plenty to do one 84" panel and then you would have the other 3 yards for another 84" panel. I wouldn't say you'd need the whole 6 yards for both panels. I bought a little more so that mine would puddle on the floor just a bit. Hope this helps!

Thanks, Melissa! I don't sew either - which is why I think I never did anything with the fabric before I changed my color scheme. I was afraid I'd mess the fabric up! I think I had decided I would let me mom make them before I'd attempt it:)

Hi Kim, I've been reading your blog for just a few days--love it. I would be interested in buying the whole batch of fabric at the stated price, if no one else has their dibs in before me. :) Let me know!

Hello! I absolutely love those colors... I would love to buy that fabric somewhere (As I know you already sold your fabrics... Do you by chance remember the name of that fabric? I am hoping maybe Hobby Lobby or Jo Ann's might have the fabric. Thank you!!!
